Acceptance of Terms

By booking and using Comfort Private Taxi services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Booking and Reservations

• All bookings must be made via WhatsApp, phone, or email
• Confirmation will be provided within 2 hours of booking request
• Bookings are subject to vehicle availability
• We reserve the right to decline any booking request

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SR)
• Prices include chauffeur service, fuel, and tolls
• Payment can be made via cash or bank transfer
• Special requests may incur additional charges
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge
• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount
• We reserve the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances

Passenger Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup and destination information
• Be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time
• Respect the vehicle and chauffeur
• Follow all traffic and safety regulations
• No smoking or illegal substances in vehicles
• Inform us of any special requirements in advance

Liability and Insurance

All our vehicles are fully insured. We are not liable for:

• Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
• Lost or damaged personal belongings left in vehicles
• Indirect or consequential losses

Service Coverage

We provide chauffeur services across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Qatar. Cross-border travel requires valid documentation and may be subject to additional terms.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
